CafêX QA has detected an issue when using Safari 10.1 and initiating a Live Assist Co-Browse session. The Co-Browse session will initiate on the consumer and state that the screen is being shared but the screen is not replicated back to the agent. This will affect all versions of CafêX Live Assist (TM).
When the consumer accepts a screenshare request from an Agent, the screen share connects but the screen is not replicated to the agent.
This has been traced to a bug in Safari's websocket implementation: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=170463. We believe the issue has now been resolved on Apple's side in Technology Preview drop 28.
