We will need to have the full IE version that the issue occurred on and also the plugin/server version which is essential for us to understand the crash logs.
To access the logs from IE simply right click, then click Inspect Element. This will then bring up a set of windows, just click the "Console" tab. These logs may contain enough information for us to diagnose simple issues. Please right click and copy all the contents into a text file.
The ieplugin.log & ieplugin.log.ws (websocket log) are located in C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\LocalLow\FusionVideo .
Note: In a Remote Expert Mobile environment the final directory will be RemoteExpertMobileVideo (not FusionVideo)
